Thought I’d share a benefit I’ve had recently. I’ve had many but to tell you of one right now…I’d say it’s feeling 10 years younger than I did a month ago. I’m told I look 15-20 years younger now by a dozen or so people but the fact that I’m eliminating toxins, renewing cells daily, and doing a bunch of simple Secrets to YOUTH Protocols is changing me so much that I am regaining my youthfulness. I’m excited because I can see myself looking and feeling 35 again within a year. One of the ways I notice this change is my ability to walk longer and without pain. I walked yesterday for 2 miles plus climbed 6 flights of stairs and did it much faster than I was before. It would take me 30 minutes to walk a mile, yet I walked a mile in 20 minutes. That’s a big change that excited me; although I realize for professional athletes (as I was one) that isn’t anything miraculous. But from where I’ve been, it is.
Anyway, please know that you can improve, you simply need to know what to do in each aspect of your life so you’re making the optimal choices for wellness and youthfulness.
TIP: Don’t use aluminum in cooking or eating or antiperspirant. So no aluminum pots or pans, no aluminum utensils, no regular table salt as it is used to prevent the salt from clumping, no antiperspirant (only use deterant that is listed to be without harmful chemicals…you can buy at Trader Joe’s or Mother’s unless you search online to find cheaper as that’s the cheapest) because aluminum is noted to be a cause of alzheimers.
